Wings to the Moon: Raj Rajendra Public High School Honours Chandrayaan-3 Soft Landing

Ranapur, 23rd August 2025:
Raj Rajendra Public School organised a special Saturday Assembly titled “Wings to the Moon” to commemorate the historic soft landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon. The event highlighted India’s pride in space exploration and inspired students to dream big and strive for excellence.

The program was beautifully anchored by Dhara Chichani of the Yellow House, setting the tone for the day. The assembly began with a soulful Prayer and National Song presented by Disha Soni, Bhumi Soni, Harshita Rathod, and Hardika Khatwa from the Red House, followed by the Pledge led confidently by Vansh Singh Chouhan of the Blue House.

Principal Dr. Sajeev M S delivered an inspiring Message, reminding students that Chandrayaan-3 is not just a scientific achievement but a symbol of India’s perseverance and determination. He encouraged students to adapt technology in their day-to-day work and study.

The Thought of the Day was shared by Palak Sisodiya of the Green House, reinforcing the value of hard work and persistence. Students of the Blue HouseMisty Chippani, Batul Anis, and Neha Bhuriya—recited an English Poem, while the Red House participants—Manvi Maheswari, Ruhi Nayak, and Aarohi Rathod—presented a Hindi Poem.

An impactful Speech on National Space Day was delivered by Kinjal Kushwaha of the Yellow House, emphasising India’s growing presence in space science. The highlight of the event was an informative Introduction to Chandrayaan-3 presented by Trapti Prajapat, Diksha Singad, Tamanna Mali, Jasmin Khan, and Eshika Rathod of the Green House, who explained the mission’s significance through their creative presentation.

The assembly concluded with the National Anthem led by Madhavi Prajapat, Mahi Prajapat, Dalishree Hatila, and Ishika Gundiya from the Blue House, leaving the audience with a sense of pride and patriotism.

The “Wings to the Moon” program not only celebrated India’s landmark achievement in space research but also ignited curiosity, creativity, and scientific spirit among the students of Raj Rajendra Public School.
