A Message to Parents

Dear Parents,
Your cooperation and active involvement are essential for your child’s holistic development and the smooth functioning of the school. Kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

Student Progress and Website Check

  • The school website contains vital information, including rules, regulations, and your child’s progress record. Please review it regularly.

Homework Supervision

  • Students are required to note down homework assignments daily. Ensure that your child completes their tasks properly and on time.

Communication through WhatsApp Group

  • Kindly read and respond promptly to messages sent through the School WhatsApp Group, taking necessary actions as required.

Uniform and Discipline

  • Ensure your child attends school punctually and in proper uniform. Uniform compliance exceptions will be allowed only in genuine cases.

Tiffin and Hygiene

  • Students should bring their tiffin and refrain from purchasing food from vendors. Please include a clean hand towel for hygiene purposes.

Participation in Activities

  • Take an active interest in your child’s curricular and co-curricular activities to foster their growth and engagement.

Monitoring Academic Performance

  • Monitor your child’s progress in tests and examinations. If needed, schedule meetings with the Principal or concerned teachers for guidance.

Teacher-Parent Interaction

  • Parents are encouraged to meet teachers during designated times or when invited by the Principal to discuss their child’s progress.

Avoid Valuable Items

  • Discourage your child from bringing valuables such as jewellery or gadgets to school, as the school will not be responsible for their loss.

Compliance with School Rules

  • Students must adhere to school regulations. Disciplinary actions will be taken for any violations.

Birth Certificate Accuracy

  • The date of birth recorded during admission cannot be altered later.

School Timings and Transport

  • Parents must pick up their children from the bus stop on time. Vehicles are not allowed inside the school campus.

Timely Fee Payment

  • Ensure school fees are paid on time to avoid disruptions.

Code of Conduct for Students

  • Students are expected to follow these rules and maintain exemplary behaviour:

Punctuality and Attendance

  • Arrive on time, attend the assembly, and remain in class unless permitted to leave. Aimless wandering will not be tolerated.

Homework and Diary Maintenance

  • Bring your School Textbooks and Copies daily and note down assignments regularly.

Respect and Behavior

  • Be respectful and polite to all staff members and peers. Misbehavior will lead to strict disciplinary actions.

Classroom Conduct

  • Students arriving early must sit in their classrooms and study silently until the first bell rings.

Personal Belongings

  • Take care of your belongings. Do not bring valuables to school, as the institution will not be responsible for their loss.

    Hygiene and Health

  • Maintain personal hygiene, including regular nail trimming and proper grooming. Students with contagious illnesses must refrain from attending school.

Prohibited Activities

  • Buying from vendors, exchanging money or items, and causing property damage are strictly forbidden.

Parental Permission for Early Leave

  • Submit a written request from parents or guardians for any early leave.

Admission Guidelines

  • Admissions are open to all, irrespective of gender, caste, or creed. The following documents are required:
  • Birth Certificate (Copy)
  • Original Transfer Certificate and Marks Sheet from the previous school
  • Two passport-sized photographs

Counselling Facilities

  • To address behavioural and academic challenges, the school provides counselling services with specialists in behavioural science.

Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)

  • All parents of enrolled students are automatic members of the PTA, which serves as a platform for constructive dialogue and suggestions to enhance the school’s functioning.
